Hi,

Does anyone have an ide or a program on how its possible to translate the english version to another language.

My best suggestion right now is to use a text editor and use the function "search and replace". But that also take ages and you still have to read everything through and change gramma etc...

Any good suggestions on houw to speed up the process would be great

Thx
Gertk

First part is the language folder.
You need to create a new language folder.Which should be not much work as it is just once per file.

Second is the details that are in database.
Here I recommend using a translator(manual) to do it and then edit thru admin or thru easy populate.

I recommend a translator as any site translating will have many grammatical bugs with its translation.

So get the translation done and look at easy populate dif that can work for You.

Thanks for your reply.

I understand this part:

I will take the english language folder, copy it and rename it to my language. After that I will start translate, right?

But im not sure about this part:

Do I need to do any changes in the MySQL file? or what do I need to do?

Last, I will manual do the translation, but what do you mean with: look at easy populate dif that can work for You?

I would be very happe if you could get back to me with the above answers - sorry im a newbie to this!

Creloaded has an easy populate concept in admin.

Here You can use a csv seperated file to edit and add products related data.
