I wanna make my own site for these languages but when I add a catagory or a product the all name doesn't show like this

I think the problem is database bcuz when i translated the language definitions they are shown correctly but the product,category,... that are stored in databse they aren't shown correctly.
or i am wrong : for "my language".php charset is windows 1256

please help me.
