Hello

When customers place an order on my site, it takes them to the secure PayPal area where you can either pay directly from PayPal or by credit and debit card, but as they enter this screen a pop up box appears for a login to my CPanel? obviously I need to remove this, can anyone help?

Mark,

Check your cPanel for "protected directories" and unprotect any catalog side folder which has been password protected. If you have none of these created, contact your host.
