My payment module that came with 6.2 is totally messed up. On the payment module screen there is no install, no edit or anything, even if you click on the info button nothing happens. How and where can i get this module again andd re install it? Or how can I fix the one that is there already. See attached image for what it looks like on my admin screen.

Have you used it before - ie has it ever worked? I'm not familiar with that payment module but a lot of cre payment modules have changed and maybe this one is now out of date? Check with Cre itself.

If not, try renaming the file in /includes/modules/payment/whateveritscalled.php (check the url for the .php bit), refresh the page in your screenshot - should disappear from the list. Change filename back to original, reinstall.

This type of thing happens when payment module files are replaced without previously removing the module's configuration keys from the database.

To fix this it may be necessary to use phpMyAdmin to remove those keys, then install the new module.
