I'm selling audio conferences in MP3 format and I need to be able to use larger files in the document management system. Files could be 60 - 70 MB.
Am I correct that I need to modify php.ini file to allow larger file handling? What exactly need to be changed?

I think for uploads there's a limit set in the php.ini, but downloads ... well, there could be several factors coming in to play there. I'd run it firstly past your hosting company - sometimes the php script itself that served the download to the webserver 'times out', causing the dload to fail. But I don't think there are many restrictions on dloads, esp under 100MB.
