Hey guys!

I have just had a question from a customer today, and I wondered if this is a big problem or not.. and how to fix it - can it be done?

He said the following: What happened was that someone else in my apartment logged in at the same time as I was logged in, and then she got up MY info and MY things. Something i think is horrible, concidering that if I logged in at work and someone else logged in at work, they could see my info because we have the same IP! I don't feel comfortable about this. The person in my apartment logged in with HER info (mail and pass) but still my info showed up.

That was the customer. I have actually seen this before. It scared the * outta me. I logged into my account from my parents, and woah I could see both theirs and my info. I felt really incomfortable with this so I understand this guys frustration. This was a major company too.

What can I do about this?

--A last question - how can i better protect my site from hackers, viruses and so on?
