Changes in the 6.3 template are minimal. All 6.15, 6.2 ATS, BTS templates will still function in 6.3.

We have added support for the following in 6.3:

• Header Logo selection from admin
• Header Slogan text set from admin

 We will not be shipping the following modules in 6.3

• Information (removed from standard, pro and b2b, use pages.php instead )
• Affiliate system (removed from standard and pro)

Affiliates will only be shipped in B2B so do not include that info box in pro and standard templates.

New in B2B

• Affiliate Templates
  • The ability to assign a general template for all affiliates, or specific custom templates per affiliate. 
  • see road map for data items that will be included in an affiliate template
• Group Templates
  • The ability to assign a different template per groups.
  • Group name can be displayed
  • Group Descripton can be displayed
• Add to Cart suppression (per group)
• Price Suppression (per group)

Only one template will be shipped with Standard and Pro. This will be a new template provided by Template Vendor Algozone. We will not be shipping any of the 6.2 templates with 6.3, Orginal, Pixame, Helius or E-vector. The single template will replace them all and we will only support one template base, instead of four.

The name of the default template has not been determined, we are taking into consideration a future proof name, and one that may have a version number it in.

The template content is still table based with css controls. We are still supporting ATS style template configuration and recommending ATS use.
